1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your hair extensions! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact.
- Hair extensions must not be altered, dyed, washed, or styled in any way.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Note: Due to hygiene regulations, any hair extensions that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
2. Refunds & Processing
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet our policy guidelines, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or length, please return the item following our return process and place a new order.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits for Special Orders
For custom or special orders where a deposit is required to order hair specifically for you, the deposit is non-refundable once the order has been placed. This is because we immediately process and secure the hair for your request, making it ineligible for return or cancellation.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom orders & special orders
- Clearance or discounted items
- Hair care products & accessories
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a refund if the issue is verified.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email contact@hairextensionsmalta.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
